The 10th Enofusión will be held on the 13th, 14th and 15th of January at the “Reale Seguros Madrid Fusión” Gastronomic Summit.
Enofusión, the international wine event held as part of the “Reale Seguros Madrid Fusión” Gastronomic Summit has already revealed some of the key players of this tenth year. This is an event in which Spanish wine will celebrate 10 years of joining gastronomy with avant-garde cuisine.
Makro, Bodegas LAN, Codorníu Group, Península Vinicultores, Pernod Ricard, Bodegas Arzuaga Navarro, González-Byass and the Designation of Origin of Rueda are some of the companies and institutions that have already confirmed their attendance. Regional governments, such as Avila and Toledo, which support boosting their wines as part of gastronomy, will also be present. Alongside their wines, gourmet products from Castile-La Mancha will also be promoted.
Just like every year, the tasting room will be one of the most popular areas, where the novelties, mixtures of gastronomical and wine bijous are presented. Meanwhile in the bar: Enotendencias (Oenotrends), the place for independent tastings at Enofusión, will attract the attention of sommeliers, chefs and other professionals from the hospitality industry with the goal of including the wines displayed on their wine lists.
Moreover, TopWineSpain will gather the best Spanish wines —chosen by Carlos Delgado, wine writer— based on their quality and their international projection. Which are our weaknesses and strengths? And what is the perception of our Brand depending on the national and international buyer? This forum will exhibit a multidisciplinary overview with the participation of professionals who are leaders in their respective fields, prominent labels from other sectors and experts in brand construction. An activity that has the collaboration of the Foro de Marcas Renombradas (Leading Brands of Spain Forum), among several other companies and institutions.
