6 finalists have been shortlisted from among the 40 recipes submitted, and will present their ‘best croquette’ made with the gastronomic gem @jamonjoselito.

The judging panel, made up of great names from the world of gastronomy and food journalism, will announce the winner on Wednesday 15 January 2020.
The winner will receive the title of ‘6th International Joselito Champion for the Best Joselito Ham Croquette’ in addition to an exclusive Vintage Joselito Ham.
