FINALISTS OF THE 5th INTERNATIONAL JOSELITO CHAMPIONSHIP FOR THE BEST HAM CROQUETTE IN THE WORLD
From all the recipes received, 6 will be shortlisted for the final where they will present their ‘best croquette’ made with the gastronomic gem #jamonjoselito.

– Javier Ugidos. Tobiko (Toledo)
The judging panel, made up of great names from the world of gastronomy and food journalism, will announce a single winner on Wednesday, 30 January 2019.
The winner will receive the title of ‘5th International Joselito Champion for the Best Ham Croquette in the World’ in addition to an exclusive Vintage Joselito Ham.
