After the great success of its last edition, Negrini continues with its Italian tapas at Reale Seguros Madrid Fusión 2019

Negrini, one of the largest distributors of high-end Italian wine and food products for the Iberian Peninsula, is now offering a second edition of the Negrini Tapas Competition, the final of which will be held at Reale Seguros Madrid Fusión 2019.

The aim of the competition is to promote products from Italy’s pantry and familiarize people with them, highlighting in particular some of the factors that have contributed to making this cuisine one of the best loved in the world: the excellence of its raw materials and its authentic flavours.

As part of Reale Seguros Madrid Fusión 2019, the best tapa recipe created with Italian ingredients will be awarded a prize.

  • Aimed at kitchen professionals over the age of 18
  • At least 3 ingredients in each recipe must come from the Negrini product catalogue.
  • Prize: the winner will enjoy a gastronomic trip to Italy visiting wineries, food producing centres, and attending presentation courses.
  • Special Prize: a selection of wines from the Negrini catalogue will be awarded for the best pairing of food and wine, chosen from among the shortlisted recipes.

Participants can submit a maximum of THREE (3) recipes, each one must be accompanied by a technical sheet indicating: the ingredients used, the preparation process detailing the type of bread and Negrini products used, and photographs (one, high-resolution photo per recipe).

Recipes in WORD FORMAT, together with HIGH_RESOLUTION photos should be sent by email to concurso@negrini.es. Recipes presented in other formats will not be accepted.

Recipes can be submitted no later than 15 December 2018.

From the recipes received, 6 will be shortlisted for the final. The six finalists will be called on to prepare their recipes for a special Reale Seguros Madrid Fusión 2019 jury panel.
