Samuel Moreno is the owner of a former flour mill which is now a de luxe restaurant and Boutique Hotel with more than 500 years of flour history. Molino de Alcuneza gained a Michelin star in 2018 through cookery with strong links to the land, where bread is of the utmost importance on its menu. A stalwart of eco-friendly agriculture, Moreno's restaurant offers as many as seven different varieties of bread which he makes personally on a daily basis, striving to bring out the flavour of each type of cereal.
