Armando Guerra, a visionary oenologist, is the man responsible for creating this place of worship for manzanilla in Sanlúcar. In 2008, he expanded the old tavern founded by his father to include a tasting room dedicated to the study of sherry, which attracts the crème de la crème of the Spanish wine scene every summer. Guerra has also been the director of Alta Enología de Barbadillo since 2015.
