Pairing wines with meat

The Vinomios or "Vinomials" strive to give visibility to other types of cuisine, democratise the sector, and showcase the versatility of all kinds of wines.

The "Matching wine to meat" Vinomial will be held on Monday, with Mohamed Benabdallah, from Restaurante Etxebarri*. Along with Discarlux and Joselito, the sommelier will be presenting a range of options of wines for meat dishes.
