20 years of gastronomy at the highest possible level.

Madrid Fusión was where Peruvian Gastón Acurio (Astrid&Gastón, Lima), Japanese chef Yoshihiro Narisawa (Narisawa***) and Brazilian Alex Atala (D.O.M., São Paulo) were discovered outside their own countries. Or where Massimo Bottura (Osteria Francescana***, Modena) consolidated cuisine that had already taken Italy by storm.

The four will form part of the homage that Madrid Fusión is getting ready to celebrate its 20th anniversary.
