Itziar Moreno de Castro is an expert in listening and evolutionary assessment processes and coordinates the digital departments of open innovation platforms. She has also led numerous ethnographic research projects conducted by the Agirre Lehendakaria Center. Itziar currently coordinates the consultancy work that the ALC provides to the UNDP (United Nations Development Programme) in the field of open innovation platforms.

She holds a degree in Journalism from the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU) and also has Master’s degree in Big Data and Digital Business. Her career path began at the Communications Department of the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao.
