Bao is the man behind the success of the China Crown Group.
Felipe Bao cut his teeth in the kitchens of family restaurants, where he not only learned cookery, but also what the inside of a restaurant is. But, although gastronomically speaking he was educated in a family environment, he completed his studies at Le Cordon Bleu in Shanghai.
Nowadays Bao and his sister María Li head up one of the country's largest Chinese gastronomy projects, including, among others, the China Crown restaurant, offering traditional Chinese cuisine bent on transporting diners to Imperial China with carefully crafted gastronomic fare.
