Sommelier at Sobretablas (Seville, Spain)

He consolidated his trajectory as sommelier at El Celler de Can Roca, and now runs one of Sevilla's best restaurants with his wife and chef Camila Ferraro.

Born in Girona in 1993, Robert Tetas studied in the local catering school and university, achieving the status of maître and sommelier respectively. After completing his studies, he stayed in Girona and joined the Roca brothers at El Celler de Can Roca to take care of the liquid part of the business. He worked there for several years, and aged only 23 he was declared Catalonia's second best sommelier, and also a finalist in Spain's Best Sommelier competition in 2018.

That same year he left his own environment, and alongside Camila Ferraro, the wife he met at the three-starred restaurant, he opened the Sobretablas restaurant in Sevilla, her home city, the city of the Revelation Chef at Madrid Fusión 2020. In charge of beverages at the restaurant, in 2021 Tetas was hailed as Andalusia's best sommelier by ABC.
