Ortiz has over 20 years' experience in cake-making and chocolate-making.
This native of Huelva served his time at places such as Francisco Torreblanca's Total and Maison Philippe Urraca. Runner-up in the Spanish World Chocolate Masters and creator of Verdeo, for years he has been Spain's ambassador for leading sweetness multinationals such as Pavoni, Irca or Dobla. Ortiz is co-founder of Healthy Food Ibérica. He now works in its R+D+i division, and in the company's technical department.
