Edu Lavandeira (Vigo, 1981) is an audiovisual creator and director.
His passion for gastronomy, especially bread and doughs, led him to create and produce the first documentary series focusing exclusively on this ancestral foodstuff: “Maestros del Pan” (Canal Cocina 2021-2022). He is also addicted to home-baked bread. A self-confessed bread-lover, he uses his Instagram account @opelouro to discuss and share methods and techniques to make your own bread (especially Galician bread) without leaving home.
