With improvisation as the basis of his proposal, González is a magician of gastronomic surprises.

Without much interest in studying, Miguel González saw cooking as a professional outlet. He was not bad at cooking and ended up perfecting his technique with renowned chefs such as Javi González, Pedro Subijana and Jacques Maximin.

After working in several restaurants, he also worked as a teacher, both in the dining room and in the kitchen, in Vigo. After this period, he decided to embark on his own adventure and open a restaurant in 2018. As chef and owner of the Miguel González Restaurant, he has been awarded a Sol Repsol and a Michelin star.

Miguel González's cuisine is based on flavour, delicacy and the quality of the best raw materials, which he buys every day. The chef plays with improvisation and technique in three surprise tasting menus.
