Taura offers a gastronomic experience inspired by the traditional cuisine of the Balearic Islands.
Santi Taura began his professional training at the I.F.P. Fray Junípero Serra in Palma de Mallorca and went on to work in various restaurants and hotels on the island, where he learnt a great deal about the trade.
Finally, in 2003, he opened his own restaurant, Santi Taura, which was followed in 2016 by DINS, a very personal restaurant where he has more freedom to cook any ingredient or recipe from the islands and where he highlights Mallorcan recipes.In 2019, he will merge the two more personal concepts under the name Dins Santi Taura and move it to Palma, specifically to the old Jewish quarter of La Calatrava.
