Daniel Ramos runs the La Cremita bakery and patisserie in Chiclana de la Frontera.

At the age of 43, he began his career as a pastry chef, where he discovered his fascination for the world of baking. Since then he has immersed himself in this exciting world, becoming a tireless and unstoppable worker.

Daniel has won several awards throughout his career. He has been recognised for his creativity and innovation, receiving a computer star for two years that places him among the best bakeries in Spain and the Miga de Oro de Andalucía in 2021.

However, the most recent award he received this year stands out above the rest. Daniel has been awarded the prestigious THE BAKER award, where he also won the award for excellence for the best savoury snack and the award for excellence for the best puff pastry.

With a passion for bakery and patisserie, Daniel remains true to his commitment to excellence and the constant quest for perfection.
