The pastry tradition, from Alicante to the world.

Paco Torreblanca is a confectionery institution. He began his career in Paris, under the guidance of Mr Millet, "the best worker in France", and at the School of Fine Arts. 

After completing his training, he returned to Spain and in 1979 opened his first shop in Elda (Totel), where his work began to be recognised. The rest is history: Best Pastry Chef in Spain (1988), Best Pastry Chef in Europe (1990), International Gastronomy Award for Best Patissier (2020)... 

Torreblanca has also popularised patisserie through his books (including the best dessert book in the world in 2003, The Work of Paco Torreblanca) and his International Pastry School. He was responsible for the wedding cake at the wedding of the Prince and Princess of Asturias.
