Barista and qualified trainer. Along the way, he has managed a portfolio of clients, giving technical and commercial advice on coffee.
He started in the world of coffee in 2005 and after more than 18 years of experience, he is Authorized SCA Trainer and responsible for the Training Department of Cafés Novell in Madrid.
In October 2019, he became Head of the Cafés Baqué Coffee School in Madrid, also supporting the branches in La Rioja, Andalusia, Castilla y León, Galicia, etc.
In 2020, he became a member of the Coffee Forum Training Committee, combining this with his work at Cafés Baqué. He also obtained the qualification of certified teacher of the Fórum del Café.
