At Krômbol, Dolce Nilda runs a patisserie where everything is made from scratch, right down to the caramel. All the products arrive completely raw and she works on them.

Born in Colombia, Dulce came to Spain hand in hand with her partner, chef Juanlu Fernández, with whom she works as head waiter at Lu Cocina y Alma, and with whom she created the Bina Bar. The next project they undertook together was a long-held dream of Dolce's: a patisserie with tasting tables. Thus was born Krômbol, a place where you can enjoy cakes and desserts as well as breakfasts and snacks of all kinds.

Krômbol's most famous dishes are the "crumbles" that give the shop its name. Dolce Nilda, a pastry chef by profession, with the help of her sister María José, changes the creations according to the season. The menu includes classic cakes, brownies, croissants and biscuits, as well as savoury creations by Michelin-starred chef Juanlu Fernandez, such as pain croutes and the famous Tamago Sando, of Japanese origin.
