Originally from Cesa (Caserta), Guarino has always lived in Caiazzo, in the Italian region of Camparia.
Driven by an innate passion, he abandoned his law studies 17 years ago to devote himself entirely to the restaurant business. His integration into the world of gastronomy began with a thorough training in catering, followed by courses in the preparation of meats and cheeses, until in 2017 he graduated as a sommelier from the Italian Federation of Hotels and Restaurants. He met Chef Franco Pepe in 2016 at the closing dinner of the second course and they became a perfect tandem.
