Born in Algeria, educated in Switzerland and working in the Basque Country. Mohamed 'Moha' Benabdallah's journey has been as long as his apprenticeship, if not longer. After six years at Mugaritz, and since 2017 at the helm of a wine list with more than 400 references, he says his work as sommelier at Etxebarri is the closest he has come to living the "Basque dream" in the world of gastronomy.
