His passion for cooking stems from his culinary memory, which evokes childhood memories and the aromas that filled the kitchen at home.
Iago Pazos has worked his way up through the ranks of the hospitality industry, from chef to head waiter, food and beverage manager and event manager.
He has revolutionised the Galician gastronomy scene with the opening of the Abastos 2.0 tavern in Santiago de Compostela. A project in which he defends the natural coexistence with the environment, the market producer, the proximity, in which a responsible view is fundamental, he is a committed defender of Galician wines, an area in which he never stops looking for new references.
He describes himself as a "storyteller".Abastos includes a restaurant, a cafeteria, a canteen and a gallery.
