Elisabete Ferreira, a third-generation master baker with a passion for baking, has been the director of Pão de Gimonde for more than 30 years, based in Bragança, in the small village of Gimonde (Portugal).

President of the Clube Richemont Portugal since its creation in 2020 and member of the Richemont Club International since 2015, she was elected World Baker of the Year in 2024.

She has participated in numerous European innovation and research projects in the cereals and bakery sector and is therefore a regular speaker at various events on topics related to innovation and the circular economy around bread.
