Pilar Cavero, ABC's wine critic, presents some of Spain's most popular tavern owners in a round-table discussion where the flagship of each house will be tasted: Jesús González of La Tana (Granada), Javier Vázquez of La Caníbal (Madrid), Carlota Iglesias of the Cabanas restaurant (Lalín, Pontevedra).

A sharing of the friendliest, most everyday and accessible side of wine, which will close the congress with a performance by the "oenological rap" group A State Of Mind, who will interpret songs based on the wines tasted.
