The Diputación de Huesca, through TuHuesca (Turismo de la Provincia de Huesca) and in order to promote the brand 'Your province, Huesca, the Sweet Magic', is launching the first edition of the 'Best Sweet Migas' competition. Participants, whether they are chefs or pastry chefs, will be able to demonstrate their culinary skills by preparing a sweet recipe that pays homage to this traditional dessert of popular gastronomy.
