The 7th Aquanaria Sustainability Revelation Award at Madrid Fusión Alimentos de España 2026 will decide which restaurant best represents the spirit of sustainability in Spain's hospitality sector.
This year's three finalists are Màrius and Joan Jordà i Giró from the one Michelin and one Green Star-rated Empòrium restaurant and hotel in Castelló d'Empúries, Girona; Raúl Sánchez Aguirre from the one Green Star-rated Tramo restaurant in Madrid; and Santi Benéitez Esteban from SeBE in Lanzarote.
