James Henry, chef at Le Doyenné Saint-Vrain*, a French Green Star restaurant, will create a Vinomio inspired by the restaurant's approach.

This gastronomic and agricultural project on the Ile de France, in the grounds of the Château de Saint-Vrain, 36 kilometres south of Paris, is a culinary paradise where cuisine and nature are closely linked, reflecting the original terroir and respect for the rhythm of the seasons.
