The 10th Enofusión
Enofusión is the international wine event that will be held within the 18th “Reale Seguros Madrid Fusión” Gastronomic Summit. This summit offers an intense program of speeches, in which nationally and internationally renowned chefs, will discuss the current state of avant-garde cuisine and new trends. The 10th Enofusión will be held on the 13th, 14th and 15th of January in Pavilion 14 at Madrid’s IFEMA.
Enofusión is the perfect spot for wineries in order to present their wines by giving the wines a leading role as part of the culinary sector and being able to reach other professionals from the sector. It is the perfect moment to get to know a wine, discover its nuances, its story, its origins and, therefore, understand the product.
