Today we learnt the name of the first winner of the competition entitled “Share your talent, patisserie like it always was”, organised by Lactalis Food Service Iberia within the framework of #REALEMF18.
The jury comprising well-known members of the worlds of patisserie and gastronomy judged the flavours, aesthetics, originality and technical level of the competitors’ preparations.
It finally chose those of the three prize-winners. The first takes home a cheque for 3,000€, the runner-up, Marc Casanova, takes 2,000€ and the third prize-winner, Daniel Codón, takes 1,000€.
The patisserie/catering schools that the 3 prize-winners come from will each receive the same amount as their students, to be invested in the development of their facilities or equipment.
