Ricard Rofes (Valldencomte), Roberto Santana and Alfonso Torrente (Envínate) and Telmo Rodríguez will be trying to explain the importance of rescuing disused hillside vines, and what it means to make wine again with vines that have been retrieved from the exterior and also the interior, with the experience gleaned from their own projects, during a talk moderated by Fernando Mora MW, who also shares this commitment.
