Improving the creative system through the experience of elBullirestaurant

For 25 years, one of the objectives of elBullirestaurante has been to work as efficiently as possible in the creative system. That is why elBullitaller was created. Albert Adrià, Oriol Castro and Ferran Adrià himself started working as a team.

They created an annual creative calendar and a creative process based on individual and team work. The head of new product research was created with Eduard Xatruch. They designed the creative audit. The elBullirestaurant General Catalogue was created with the 1846 recipes and an annual evolutionary analysis. 

In recent years, the elBullifoundation has been working with the Enigma restaurant to improve the creative system developed by elBullirestaurant. All this will be explained at Madrid Fusión.
