Gelato Collection
How tradition and innovation go hand in hand.
The Gelato Collection project was created by Albert Adrià, Alfredo Machado and Ángel Velasco, General Manager of Torrons Vicens, with the aim of applying their understanding of gastronomy to the world of ice cream. Always respecting the most traditional recipes with traditional flavours, but also exploring new ones, inspired above all by combinations of ingredients thought through from a taste point of view.
Their idea is to create a bank of numbered recipes to which they will regularly add new flavours inspired by the world of perfumery.
