Ice cream snacks

In his presentation, Fernando Sáenz will show a collection of ice-creams created in his workshop, designed as small ice-cream snacks that welcome gastronomic suggestions.

These are creations in which the complexity lies in the balance and intensity of the combination of flavours and in which, technically speaking, it is the aromatic ingredients that define the structure of the ice cream. 

The broths, juices, spices and delicate extracts that make up this collection of ice creams have their own page in the world of gastronomy.
