Continuing with the contribution to the recognition of the work of entities, entrepreneurs and professionals who have distinguished themselves by producing, preparing, marketing and offering consumers quality food, Alimentos de España will now award the prize in Defence of the Alimentos de España Product within the framework of Madrid Fusión.

The recipient of this award will be a chef or restaurant that stands out for its work in highlighting the value of Spanish produce in its gastronomic offer.
