In recognition of the professional and gastronomic careers of two chefs who are becoming international benchmarks in Korean cuisine. The award-winning chefs are Mingoo Kang of Mingles** (Seoul, South Korea) and Junghyun Park, a Korean living in New York, who is in charge of Atomix**.
