Cooking with thermal water

The benefits of thermal water go beyond health and reach the kitchen.

Since Miguel González discovered that local bakers used thermal water to prepare certain dishes, he has never stopped searching for the benefits and peculiarities of using thermal water in cooking. 

In this talk, the Galician chef will share his knowledge on the subject, following the alliance he formed with the University of Vigo to carry out an in-depth study on the subject. Better colours, textures and flavours are some of the surprises he has discovered by using thermal water in cooking.
