Carlos Casillas proposes talking about cuisine, wine and roots, but also about Castile, its past and its historic products. The chef is in favour of a gastronomy with historical roots, where the culture of the land and the views of the gastronomic fringes coexist. 

He will be joined on stage by María Sánchez, a writer and field vet with whom he collaborates in Barro, and with whom he will talk about this crossing of cultures through the table.
