The main objective of the presentation is to present and share innovative and practical ideas for the creation of a savoury snack in a bakery, using raw materials from zero kilometres and natural products.

The aim is to fuse different flavours and textures, focusing on bread as a base, and to show how this snack can be adapted to today's lifestyles, being easy to transport and consume. It also explores the evolution of an artisan bakery to adapt to the demands and fast pace of today's society.
