Alberto Lozano proposes a journey to the North Pole with the idea of making the rest of the world aware that we still have time to change some of our behaviour towards our environment.
This talk will focus on Arctic products and methods, hoping to show that there is a place for haute cuisine even in places with minimal resources, in order to develop the best of them... and of ourselves, in a romantic and creative way.
