Baronetto's talk draws its inspiration from his current sampling menu at the Del Cambio restaurant (Turin). The chef will demonstrate how certain ingredients, in the kitchen and also in nature, are similar to each other not only in terms of their appearance, but also due to their consistency, and how this makes them better and more harmonious when they are combined.
