A basic ingredient in many pastry recipes, milk is the main ingredient in this talk.

Based on the preparation of two desserts, Torreblanca Sr. and Torreblanca Jr. will talk about the role of milk in desserts and cakes. Their examples will be based on a yuzu dessert with vanilla bavaroise with pistachio sponge cake and caramel decoration and another dessert of imperial rice with black truffle and vanilla isomalt glass.
